How did we Start?

BAREFITE was founded in 1999 by Mr. Madhav Menon, Mr. Ratna Kumar and a group of experienced bankers and professionals with vast experience in banking and finance. BAREFITE is engaged in providing consultancy services in Banking, Finance, Technology, Trade Finance, Forex, Regulatory and compliance and risk frame works and undertake projects across the globe.
A group of senior and professional bankers who have been with different banks, financial institutions, start-ups and fintech companies and reputed educational institutions and corporates each having more than 25- 30 years of experience in General Banking, Operations, Banking Law and Practice, Credit management, Trade Finance, Treasury and Forex, Capital accounts transactions, Risk and Compliance, Regulatory and Audit Frameworks and Technology have joined the team from 2015 till date.

These professionals and  group of bankers have wide knowledge in their respective domains and support institutions with projects and specific requirements which come up from time to time. The team also  specialize in imparting training in the above domains and functions for budding bankers and finance professionals. The team also comprises people drawn from different industries and reputed institutions who can even support and impart training in soft skills.
We associate with institutions by taking up projects for increasing the topline and bottom line, improving market share, building a strong foundation for a healthy and robust risk and regulatory framework. This includes preparing detailed roadmap for business development, operational efficiency and improving the service standards, business reengineering, Credit Marketing, Credit monitoring and automation, risk appetite and exposure merits, analyze potential risk and regulatory challenges, study reporting structures and understand if any possible risks within the regulatory frameworks etc.
We also support corporates in setting up shops in India and help in streamlining operations by providing banking solutions, choosing appropriate bank, technology, regulatory reporting, audit and risk partners, imparting domestic banking support and documentations wherever required.
